Whoa, whoa, whoa... note to self! Artists (who by nature tend to have AWFUL immune systems) shouldn't try to cram three conventions in four weeks.

Haha, as a lot of people from PortConMaine noticed... Zodi-ACK! kinda... died. It was raining and the hotel roofs were leaking and the mold and... ugh. Two thirds of us succumbed to 102 degree temperatures and had to be rushed back to Boston in the middle of the night. And that's why updates have been pretty scarce lately.

We have a list of commissions! They will be done in the order they were ordered. You all signed a contract when you purchased your commissions this year, and it is binding for us just as much as it is for you. So know that every image will be filled with the love and quality you expect from Zodi-ACK! Productions!

Sadly, love and quality are best achieved in health... which none of us have right now.

Give us a few weeks, and we'll get right on the commissions train. Every little note, email and other correspondence will be replied to, so that no one starts to feel antsy about their images. Other than that... ZODI-ACK! PRODUCTIONS IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.

We really want to thank all the staff, attendees and especially our fans and commissioners from Anime Boston, animeNEXT and PortConMaine. We'll post a more detailed thank you like we always do soon!

We can't apologize enough for this. It would have been impossible for us to choose between any of these great conventions and the wonderful people at each of them... I guess this is just how the cookie crumbled this year. Depending on what the schedule looks like next year... Ooh, we don't want to think about that just yet!

Let's blame it on swine flu. Yeah, that's what we'll do!
